「你想像自己是一塊急凍豬扒...」之物理治療第三回

跟以前的針灸師和瑜伽導師所說的一樣,物理治療師同樣是說我的腰骨過份直了,平時正常的脊骨從側面看是一個「S」形,我的則沒有應有的弧度,太直了。跟一位同年同月同星座的朋友的情況居然一樣!而今天跟另一位朋友聊起,原來她也有類似的問題!We are not alone!! 至於是先天抑或後天問題,治療師則謂說不準。無論如何,既然大家都反反覆覆告訴我有這個問題,除了認命以外,就唯有積極面對吧!


今次,治療師問我想試一試做針灸嗎?我以前都有做過,所以很爽快就說OK。治療師喃喃自語說不能用最幼的針,要用大一號的針,我好奇問是甚麼原因?他:「你想想一塊急凍的豬扒,跟一塊新鮮的豬扒,哪一塊更易拮入?你就是那塊急凍的... $y%6x^%9y$%^z 事隔兩年再做針灸,今次治療師的落針手勢有點不同,是用手指拍入背部(以往多是鑽進去的)。以往有試過通電,今次沒有,但也夠麻痺了(據治療師的說法是麻痺就代表奏效)。躺15分鐘,還可以啦~


今次最痛苦的是治療師的手法治療:向左側臥,左腿伸直右腿輕微屈曲,治療師把我調校好位置後,就將我的上身與下身扭至相反方向!終於治療師聽到「啪」一聲,才算稍為滿意。然後是向右側臥,重覆動作,今次感覺自己像快呼吸不了,胸骨被鎖定,發不了聲唯有用手拍打治療師請求他放過我。(續



(也不是我啦~)別少看這個動作,我每次做完之後都會氣喘 + 咳....

    running is not good for low back, can do fast walking instead, give me your email, i can send u some low back exercise sheet, u just need to follow the instruction to do at home

    哦!! 係咪果個在床上平躺,屈膝,然後慢慢左右搖擺?呢個動作我細細個就學!
    因為媽咪好耐之前都睇過物理治療,治療師果陣教佢在屋企可以做呢個動作,我有時做做吓yoga覺得頂唔順都會有做呢~

    多謝你呀~希望我唔會因為見唔到進展又再半途而廢...........

    我通常係晚晚係床上做D腰背運動,鬆下條腰,唔敢做呢D劇烈運動住呀.

    你跟返你個治療師建議的運動就OK啦!
    佢叫我跑步游水踩單車呀~ 但我屋企附近冇得跑, 冇得踩單車, 我又唔識游水 (其實我係藉口多多!!!! ) 唔通要join gym?

    我做過一部器材係專做pilates。
    之後返到屋企做一D強化背部同腹部肌肉的運動,我都唔係好識形容俾你聽點做。
    你跟返你個治療師建議的運動就OK啦!

    then i should say u are lucky to find a good PT that their hand on manipulation didn't makes thing worse as i have quite a number of patients went to do massage & see PT and made thing worse before they came to me; also u are unlucky to find not good enough Chiro, as nowadays just spinal adjustment are not enough to cure musculoskeletal problem that most ppl are suffering now, gotta combine with physiotherapy & exercise program to strengthen the weak muscle & stretch out the tight muscle

    我個治療師教我做pilates,我覺得好似幾好,宜家坐耐左都唔覺痛.你可以問下你個治療師。

    hello! 剛路過你的blog,我都同你身同感受呀! 我都腰骨痛左好耐,之前都睇咗一輪物理治療,初初佢幫我做手法治療,我都好驚架,不過做完之後又真係鬆晒,好返好多了。上面位脊醫,唔好意思,其實我睇物理治療前都試過睇兩個脊醫,不過佢地整來整去都醫唔好我,雖然佢地都有同我做手法治療,但係一兩日後又痛返.朋友叫我去試下物理治療,做左幾堂又加下D運動,宜家好返7788了!

    脊醫吳霈慈: next time when U are suffering from low back pain, neck pain or other spinal injury, you better go find chiropractor, cause physical therapist are not

    next time when U are suffering from low back pain, neck pain or other spinal injury, you better go find chiropractor, cause physical therapist are not trained to to spinal manipulation, can easily worsen the situation.
